This course incorporates all aspects of the 6 pillars of wellness, this ultimately leads to an understanding of your clients' entire life, and how you can assist them acheive their goals. Our course will teach you to create action plans for your clients on how to live, organise and prioritise time for the things that make them happy. You will also learn skills in communication and coaching around movement, nutrition and behavior modification. You will leave this program with all of the skills essential to helping your clients succeed in acheiving whatever their goals in life may be.
